6101 T63 High Conductivity Aluminum Conduction Plates

As a heat-treatable wrought alloy, 6101 alloy is suitable for applications with medium strength and maximum conductivity. It is similar to alloy 6063, but has a smaller chemical change that can improve conductivity. Although the conductivity is slightly lower than that of alloy 1350, it has higher strength. 6101 alloy can be extruded bars, bars, structural profiles, structural and seamless pipes and pipe production. 6101 alloy has better machining ability than 1XXX alloy series. 6101 alloy has good welding ability and corrosion resistance, electrical resistance, bending ability, forming ability, electrical and thermal conductivity. It meets all the various tempering specifications of ASTM B 317, covering a wide range of mechanical properties and electrical conductivity levels.
