Aluminum Liquid Cooling Plate For EV is a high performance solution for demanding applications that require very high reliability. An ideal solution to move heat quickly due to its unmatched thermal performance, especially from critical areas in your design. 

The brazing Aluminum Cooling Plate are made by 2 pieces which including upper plate & lower plate. we adopt stamping process to form the inner water channel. When we design the Aluminum Plate, we must to consider all mechanical properties to optimize the solution to fit our electric vehicle.

Except the Aluminum Sheet cooling plate for prismatic batteries or pouch pack, we also can make the Liquid Cooling Tube For EV or Aluminum Micro channel Tube cooling system for 18650 ,21700,and 46800 cylindrical batteries .So when you inquiry the cooling Aluminum Brazing Tube , pls try your best to provide more information, then we can quote or design accordingly .
